How to perform a device unavailable test

DeviceUnavailable on CardServiceRequest

1. Attempt a transaction
2. administrate the behavior of the POS upon receiving a CardServiceResponse with OverallResult=“DeviceUnavailable”
3. for app: close payment engine: this is not DeviceUnavailable, but “no connection possible”

Expected results

• Check if handled correctly
