Payconiq

Introduction

Payconiq is a payment method available in Belgium and the netherlands.

Currently CCV uses this method only for use on the CCV POS terminals to display the Payconiq QR code on the terminal. There are no direct Online Payment integrations possible for payment method Payconiq.

Basic flow

  1. When you initiate a payment on the CCV terminal, the terminal presents Payconiq as an alternative payment method.
  2. If the customer clicks on the Payconiq QR code button, the CCV terminal will initiate a Payconiq payment request with CCV Online Payments API.
  3. CCV creates a transaction within the Payconiq system and returns the Payconiq QR code to the CCV Terminal.
  4. The CCV Terminal displays the Payconiq QR code so the customer can scan it using the Bancontact by Payconiq mobile application.
  5. The customer completes the authentication and approves the transaction.
  6. CCV Online Payments verifies the status of the transaction at the Payconiq.
  7. Once the transaction completes, CCV updates transaction and forwards the result to the terminal.
  8. The terminal displays a successful or failed transaction.
