Remove the power of the POS during various stages of the flow

1. During CardDetect
2. During PIN entry of the CardPayment
3. Immediate after starting (but not yet finishing) the Delivery
4. At Random

Expected results

• The POS is shut down in a controlled way meaning that new CardServiceRequests are not accepted and running sessions are terminated (or after termination) ending in the proper DeliveryBox response
• Once the last transaction is resolved, the POS shuts down
