Intro

In this guide you will find all the steps to perform a reprint ticket test, and the result we expect to see. If you have not yet implemented this functionality, you can learn how to do this with our “reprint last ticket” guide.

How to perform a reprint ticket test

1. Start a transaction of EUR 10.00
2. Dip C-TAP Test card (chip)
3. Execute and Complete this transaction
4. Ticket will be printed
5. Restart the POS app
6. Execute Reprint function on ECR/POS

Expected results

• Reprint ticket feature available in POS
• Last ticket is printed (customer receipt)
• Ticket is the same as the original with DUPLICAAT at line 1
