Start X-1 CardPayment

Insert a roll of paper just triggering PaperLow

Start CardPayment X

1. Check that the cardholder gets the message GEEN BON, DOORGAAN TOETS OK (translated: NO RECEIPT, CONTINUE PRESS OK)
2. Check that pressing STOP cancels the CardPayment
3. Check that timeout cancels the CardPayment
4. Check that pressing OK leads to a successful CardPayment
5. Check that for all payments a receipt is available, except the ones where the cardholder accepted a transaction without
